1. What is the difference between Master Packs, Lite Packs, and Exclusive Packs?Master Packs are extensive collections of sound effects or music, offering a wide variety of audio files and sound variations. Lite Packs are smaller, curated selections derived from our Master Packs, perfect for more focused needs or projects that require fewer sounds and variations. Exclusive Packs are unique collections not derived from any of our Master Packs. They can vary in size and are available exclusively on our website.

2. What if I buy a Lite Pack and later purchase the related Master Pack?If you buy a Master Pack after previously purchasing the related Lite Pack, you can earn 30 loyalty points. Just email us with both of your order details, and we’ll add the points to your account for future use. For example, if you purchased the Coins & Gems Lite Pack and later buy the Coins & Gems Master Pack, you can request loyalty points since you already own some of the sounds. This applies only if both packs were bought individually. If either pack was part of a bundle, or acquired for free, loyalty points do not apply. The product descriptions will show which Lite and Master Packs are related.

3. What happens if I buy a bundle that includes packs I already own?If you purchase a bundle that contains packs you already own, you won’t earn additional loyalty points for those packs since the bundle is already offered at a reduced price.

15. Why do some sounds in the Lite Pack have gaps in their numbering? If the Master Pack from which we have selected sounds for our Lite Pack has five 'Arrow Impact' sounds, we may include only 'Arrow Impact (2)' and 'Arrow Impact (5)' in the Lite Pack, and we keep the original names for consistency. If you ever decide you need 'Arrow Impact 1, 3, 4,' as well as expanding on other sounds from the pack, you can always purchase the related Master Pack. This upgrade qualifies you for 30 loyalty points.

16. What is royalty-free music? Does it mean the music is free to use?No, royalty-free music isn’t the same as free music. When you buy royalty-free music, you pay once and then can use it in your projects like games, videos, or apps without paying extra fees (royalties) later. The music isn’t free, but you only pay for it once and can use it as much as you need. All sounds in our collection are royalty-free.

17. Why Add AI Music, and Is It Safe to Use?Yes, all AI music packs from our website are fully cleared for commercial use, just like our original compositions. Cyberwave Orchestra and V8 Studio now offer both original compositions and AI-assisted music packs. We believe AI technology holds exciting potential for the future of music creation, yet it still benefits from careful fine-tuning to achieve the best results—and that’s where our music expertise truly shines. Each AI music pack is meticulously crafted and curated with attention to detail. Many of these tracks begin with our own melodies as reference points, ensuring both high quality and creative integrity.
